Alphaspan manufactures PEB structures for other contractors, EPC firms, and PEB brands on a confidential job work basis. With 6,000 MT/year total capacity and 3,600 MT/year dedicated to job work, we are one of South India’s most dependable white-label fabrication partners.
Three Types of Job Work - You Choose the Scope
Unlike fabricators who offer a take-it-or-leave-it service, Alphaspan offers three distinct job work models. You define what you need; we deliver exactly that scope, with the same quality standards regardless of which model you choose.
1: Design, Fabricate & Paint
You share your project brief, loading requirements, and functional specification. Our engineering team prepares the full structural design, produces shop drawings for your review and approval, fabricates all primary and secondary members, and delivers the structure fully primed and painted to your colour specification.

- Best for: PEB firms without in-house design capacity, or with design teams at full capacity
2: Fabricate & Paint
You provide the design, IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings and CNC cutting files. Our fabrication team takes over from that point: cutting, assembly, welding, quality inspection, surface preparation, and painting to your specified paint system.

3: Fabricate Only
You provide the design and manage painting/surface treatment in your own facility or through your own subcontractors. We fabricate to your drawings and dispatch the structure in bare steel, blast-cleaned to Sa 2.5 and primed as required.
- Maximum flexibility for clients with specific painting requirements
- Structures dispatched with mill test certificates and full dimensional records
- Fast turnaround: typical dispatch within agreed lead time from receipt of approved drawings
- Best for: large EPC contractors with their own paint facilities, or offshore/export projects with specific coating specs
Our Job Work Capacity
Alphaspan’s plant in Bangalore runs 3,600 MT per year exclusively for job work clients – separate from our own projects. This dedicated allocation means your order does not compete with our in-house pipeline for machine time or manpower.

- Key equipment: CNC plasma cutter, automated pull-through welding machine, roof and purlin profile machines, shot blasting, paint booths, overhead cranes
- Minimum order: 50 MT per batch
- Dedicated job work order manager assigned to each partner
Quality You Can Put Your Name On
When you white-label our fabrication, it goes out under your brand. That means our quality has to be indistinguishable from the best you could do in your own plant – or better. Here is how we ensure it:
- IS 2062 structural steel from primary mills - MTCs provided as standard
- CNC plasma cutting for dimensional accuracy on every plate
- Automated pull-through welding: consistent, full-penetration welds on all primary members
- 100% dimensional check against approved shop drawings before dispatch
- Paint DFT measurement and documentation
- Full dispatch documentation in your name / under your brand if required
- NDAs available as standard — your client relationships remain confidential
The Process
Step 1
Share your drawings, LOI, or project scope (as much or as little as you have at this stage)
Step 2
Alphaspan provides a fabrication quote within 3–5 working days
Step 3
NDA signed if required – your client details remain yours
Step 4
For Design + Fabricate orders – shop drawings submitted for your approval
Step 5
Fabrication commences – regular photo and video updates shared with your team
Step 6
Dispatch with your paperwork, packing list, and brand labelling as required

We do not contact your clients, we do not visit your project sites without your authorisation, and we do not reference your projects in our own marketing without your written consent. Your client relationships are yours. Our role is to make you look exceptional.
