Alphaspan Structures LLP was founded in 2024 by Mr. Hidayath Ulla Khan, with a single purpose: to bring engineering rigour and manufacturing discipline to India’s fast-growing pre-engineered buildings sector. Starting from a 1,000 sqm facility in Bangalore, Karnataka, we have grown steadily, not through acquisitions or shortcuts, but through the quality of our work and the trust of our clients. Today, we manufacture 6,000+ MT of structural steel annually and have delivered 50+ buildings across 6 states. We are a privately held, promoter-managed company. That means quick decisions, direct accountability, and a leadership team that personally oversees every large project.

Incorporation details
ALPHASPAN STRUCTURES LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) governed by the LLP Act, 2008.
Registered under the Registrar of Companies RoC-Bangalore, it operates as a non-government entity that was incorporated in October 2023 with three partners of which Mr.Hidayath Ulla Khan is the managing partner.
