HIDAYATH ULLA KHAN
Managing Partner
Qualification: B. Com, PG Diploma in Civil Engineering & Construction Management.
Hidayath Ulla Khan is the Founder and driving force behind Alphaspan Structures LLP. With over 30
years of experience in housing projects, turnkey industrial infrastructure development, and more than 200
projects delivered as an independent builder entrepreneur, he brings an exceptional combination of
commercial insight, construction expertise, and hands-on industry experience.
His vision is to build a leading PEB company in the region with strong EPC capabilities, backed by in-house
manufacturing and execution facilities.
This highly focused vision forms the foundation on which Alphaspan Structures has been built. He brings
strong leadership skills, risk-taking abilities, and problem-solving skills, leading the team from the front
with exemplary energy and commitment.
NAFISA KHAN
Executive Partner & CHRO
Qualification: B. Com (Honours), MBA
Nafisa Khan, apart from being a full-time Executive Partner, oversees human resources, people
management, and organizational development at Alphaspan Structures. She brings over 25 years of
experience in HR and financial management across the fields of advertising, education, and infrastructure
development.
At Alphaspan Structures, a skilled team of experienced engineers, skilled fabricators, capable project
managers, disciplined teams and a culture of performance and accountability is of prime importance to
contribute positively to the growth and success of the company. She plays a central role in developing and
maintaining that culture.
Her responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee development, organizational processes, people
management, and HR strategy aligned with corporate goals. She plays a central role in developing a capable,
committed, and performance-oriented workforce for the long-term growth of Alphaspan Structures.
MOHAMMED FAISAL KHAN
Executive Partner
Qualification: BE (Civil Engineering), MPhil (Industrial Systems Manufacturing & Management), University of Cambridge, UK
Mohammed Faisal Khan is part of the executive leadership team at Alphaspan Structures, contributing to
the company's strategic direction, business development, and overall organisational growth. At a young age
of 24 yrs, he brings fresh outlook and futuristic approach to the long-term goals of the company.
As an Executive Partner, he works closely with the leadership team to strengthen business relationships,
support strategic decision-making, and drive the company's long-term objectives. His analytical approach
and professional perspective contribute to building a professionally managed organisation with a strong
foundation in execution, client relationships, and sustainable growth.

ZAFRULLA KHAN
General Manager – Finance & Operations
Qualification: B.Sc in Computer Science, Diploma in Financial Accounting
Zafrulla Khan brings over 30 years of experience in financial and commercial management, with
professional exposure across companies in both the Gulf and India.
His responsibilities include financial operations, tax compliances, vendor management, commercial terms,
client billing, project cost monitoring, cash-flow coordination, financial reporting, and management control
systems. His role ensures financial transparency, discipline, and effective commercial control across
Alphaspan Structures.
ADIL HASHMI
General Manager – Procurement & Planning
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering, M.E. Civil Engineering
Adil Hashmi brings over 15 years of experience in the PEB and structural steel industry to Alphaspan Structures, having successfully contributed to more than 100 projects across 12+ Indian states.
His dual engineering background in Mechanical and Civil Engineering provides him with a strong understanding of the critical interface between steel fabrication, procurement, construction, and site execution.
As General Manager – Procurement & Planning, he is responsible for strategic procurement, production
planning, material management, project scheduling, and coordination across functions. His focus is on
efficient procurement, production alignment, cost control, and achieving project programmes.
SYED MOHAMMED TABRAIZ
Chief Architect & Project Head
Qualification: B.Arch | COA Registered Architect
Syed Mohammed Tabraiz is a COA Registered Architect and serves as the Chief Architect & Project Head
at Alphaspan Structures, bringing a strong combination of architectural expertise, project management
experience, and practical on-site execution knowledge.
With professional experience in Saudi Arabia as an Architect and Project Manager, he has gained valuable
international exposure in architectural design, project coordination, planning, and execution. His experience
enables him to bridge the gap between design intent, engineering requirements, project planning, and onsite
implementation.
At Alphaspan Structures, he leads projects from design development and planning through coordination,
execution, and final delivery by working closely with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and site
teams to ensure that project requirements are clearly understood and executed efficiently.
His productive approach focuses on design excellence, technical practicality, efficient project management,
quality, timelines coordination, technical accuracy, and successful on-site execution.
Production & Execution Team
SYED IQBAL
Chief Facility Manager
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Syed Iqbal brings over 30 years of experience in electrical systems, factory operations, and facility
management.
As Chief Facility Manager, he is responsible for the reliable and efficient operation of Alphaspan's
manufacturing and fabrication facilities, including plant utilities, electrical systems, machinery operations,
maintenance, and facility coordination.
His experience supports the smooth functioning of the 6,000 MT/year fabrication facility, including CNC
machinery, welding systems, profile mills, material handling equipment, and painting systems. His focus is
on operational reliability, productivity, safety, and consistent manufacturing output.
MUTHU KUMAR
PPC Manager
Qualification: B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Muthu Kumar is responsible for Production Planning and Control (PPC) at Alphaspan Structures, helping
translate project requirements into organised and achievable production plans.
He brings strong technical knowledge in mechanical engineering along with hands-on experience in
production planning, scheduling, and shop-floor coordination in the structural steel and PEB industry.
His role involves coordinating production schedules, monitoring manufacturing progress, aligning shopfloor
activities with project priorities, and working closely with procurement, fabrication, quality, and
project execution teams.
He plays a crucial role in optimising production efficiency, minimising delays, maintaining material quality,
and ensuring that finished products are ready for dispatch on time for smooth site execution.
RASOOL KHAN
Civil Works Manager
Qualification: M.Sc Applied Geology
Rasool Khan oversees civil works and site-related construction activities at Alphaspan Structures, ensuring
that civil execution is properly coordinated with structural steel and PEB requirements.
With an academic background in Applied Geology, he brings a strong understanding of ground conditions,
site requirements, and construction-related challenges.
His responsibilities include coordinating foundation and civil works, monitoring site activities, managing
execution teams, and ensuring that civil works progress in accordance with project drawings, specifications,
quality requirements, and planned schedules.
His role is particularly important in maintaining seamless coordination between civil construction and the
subsequent erection and installation of structural systems.
KHALEEL ULLA SHARIFF
Civil Works Manager
Qualification: Diploma in Construction Management
Khaleel Ulla Shariff is responsible for managing and coordinating civil construction activities across
Alphaspan projects.
With a Diploma in Construction Management, he brings practical knowledge of construction planning, site
coordination, execution, and resource management.
Working closely with project management, engineering, contractors, and site teams, he helps ensure that
civil works are executed systematically and in accordance with project requirements.
His responsibilities include site coordination, work-progress monitoring, contractor coordination, resource
planning, quality control, and ensuring that civil activities remain aligned with the overall project execution
programme.
